Screen InnovationsAustin, TX

About The Position

The Senior Logistics Coordinator is an experienced, hands-on role that serves as a senior operational resource and subject matter expert for Screen Innovations’ logistics and warehouse teams, supporting manufacturing operations that produce multiple audio-visual (AV) product lines including projector screens and window shades. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Logistics Coordinator is a go-to resource on the floor for both Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates — helping coordinate daily workflow, supporting execution of operational priorities, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently, reinforcing established procedures and safety requirements, and serving as an experienced point of contact for day-to-day operational questions and issues. The Senior Logistics Coordinator remains actively engaged in daily logistics and warehouse activities while leading through expertise, coordination, and example rather than formal authority. The position reports to the Logistics Supervisor and is a senior individual-contributor role rather than a supervisory or management position. The Senior Logistics Coordinator is positioned as a progression beyond the Logistics Coordinator role while remaining distinct from supervisory and management positions. The role leads by expertise and example and serves as a senior resource to the team without holding formal supervisory authority. This role does not: Hold direct supervisory authority. Conduct formal performance evaluations. Administer disciplinary actions. Make hiring, termination, promotion, or compensation decisions. Serve as a people manager. The Senior Logistics Coordinator may provide guidance, mentoring, training, feedback, and recommendations to support team members’ development and effectiveness.
