Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required
E2 Open
A1 Transportation
BluJay TMS
PC Miler /transit times comprehension skills
Strong Excel Skills
Power Point
Flexible Hours
Rotating schedule for Saturdays
Strong communication skills for coordination of trucks for delivery is a must
English speaking is required

Responsibilities

Setting up Delivery appointments
Sending request & information to all Carriers
Tracking the progress of current Trips
Research & provide information to support all OS&D
Reporting percentages for on Time deliveries & information related to Carrier on time.
Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic)
Verifies all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors)
Misc. research trips and date related to trips or loads
Research appointments to customers and information that supports customers.
