About The Position

Process complex loan servicing and liquidation actions through risk analysis and historical data evaluation. Conduct financial analysis on distressed loans and determine best course of action to maximize recovery. Perform portfolio analysis to determine compliance with organizational procedures, applicable laws, and regulations. Coordinate and track multiple projects involving loan collateral disposition. Prepare and present reports to management. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
7+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan processing or financial operations
Advanced degree (MBA, Finance, or related) and/or professional certifications
Knowledge of principles, practices and functions related to capital access for American small businesses
Knowledge of capital access programs supporting small businesses
Experience developing policies, procedures, and operational frameworks
Knowledge in supporting budgeting and capital planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated initiative in improving business processes and program operations
