Sr. Loan Servicing Analyst - Remote

The Sr Loan Servicing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate servicing of the loan portfolio and managing the risk through the loan life cycle. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of loan transactions, maintaining compliance, and managing risk. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing
- 2+ years commercial loan documentation experience
- 2+ years in banking industry and applicable regulations
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of a formal commercial loan documentation training program
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Review complex legal documentation, evaluate risks, develop strategies to mitigate documentation risk and identify procedural revisions
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required documents
- Manage ongoing ticklers and covenants within the bank’s loan origination system including reporting outstanding items to lending partners and borrowers
- Collaborate with other credit areas to have an audit-ready file
- Prepare and review subsequential construction draws and/or progress payments
- Respond to email/phone inquiries from customers, related third parties, lending partners and internal team members regarding loans within the Credit portfolio
- Assist with other duties (assignments, new employee training, special projects) as assigned
