Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in lending required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Nice To Haves

  • Consumer Lending servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient servicing of consumer loans by gathering, interpreting, and using complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results.
  • Own all post loan closing modifications, including compromised account adjustments, pay off verifications and inquiries, interest assessments and discrepancy verifications.
