About The Position

The Sr. Live Engagement Specialist hosts live shopping sessions independently and helps bring new strategies to life. The role manages chat interactions, encourages viewer engagement, and drives product interest and sales. It helps create a positive, interactive viewer experience by responding to comments, highlighting products, and moderating conversations in real time. The position is performed in person, and the incumbent remains active for the full duration of each live session.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance to show up and run TikTok live sessions.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and clearly in real-time chat environments.
• High energy and comfort engaging with online audiences in a fast-paced live setting.
• Ability to multitask while monitoring chat, managing product pins, and supporting the host.
• Ability to stay focused for the full duration of live sessions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends on occasion.

Nice To Haves

• Basic familiarity with live streaming, social commerce, or online community moderation.
• Experience with social media moderation.
• Experience with live selling.
• Interest in luxury brands.
