About The Position

Synechron is seeking a Senior/Lead UI Angular Developer with Agentic AI to build modern, scalable user experiences for AI-powered applications. The role involves developing intuitive interfaces for conversational AI, intelligent automation, agent workflows, dashboards, and human-in-the-loop processes. The developer will collaborate with product, UX, backend, and AI teams to deliver secure, accessible, and high-performing applications that make agentic AI easy and effective to use. Synechron is a global consulting firm delivering digital solutions across Artificial Intelligence, Consulting, Digital, Cloud & DevOps, Data, and Software Engineering. The company has a workforce of more than 17,000 and 58 offices in 22 countries. The base salary for this position varies by geography and other factors. If filled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Dallas, Texas, the stated base salary is $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits.

Requirements

Frontend development experience with strong Angular expertise.
Advanced knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and RxJS.
Experience developing responsive and accessible enterprise web applications.
Experience integrating APIs, authentication, and real-time data.
Hands-on experience with generative AI or agentic AI applications.
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, streaming responses, and AI workflows.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Build responsive, enterprise-grade applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS.
Develop conversational interfaces, AI dashboards, agent workflow tools, and real-time monitoring experiences.
Integrate REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and streaming APIs.
Integrate LLMs, AI agents, RAG workflows, tool calling, and AI-generated content.
Create reusable components and manage application state using RxJS, NgRx, Angular Signals, or similar technologies.
Implement robust loading, error-handling, fallback, and human-approval workflows.
Ensure application performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
Write unit and end-to-end tests using Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, or Playwright.
Participate in code reviews and technical design, and mentor others.
