About The Position

The Product Insights + Enablement (PIE) team works within Product to optimize processes, improve delivery predictability, provide data-driven business insights, drive organizational transformation, and enable Product Managers to work consistently and effectively. In this role, Product Managers are the customers, and the tools, training, and processes that enable them are the products. The position builds the operating backbone that helps Product Managers work smarter, move faster, and deliver higher-quality outcomes. The role designs and improves product-management tools, workflows, automations, integrations, templates, and reporting; oversees their implementation and adoption; and develops measures of their effectiveness and business impact. It also designs and governs AI agents that support Product Managers, assesses and improves AI output quality, and establishes feedback mechanisms. The position assesses Product Manager capabilities and develops upskilling plans, learning paths, training, and practical enablement materials. It leads change management and adoption for new tools, AI agents, automations, operating-model changes, and working practices, using communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous-improvement feedback loops. The role works independently in a distributed environment and builds relationships across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Operations, STEPN Ops, and Enablement teams.
