About The Position

After profitably scaling our retail business to over €45M with distribution in >12,000 stores in less than two years, we're dedicated to further accelerating growth, transforming HOLY into a true omnichannel brand! The core mission is to maintain and intensify HOLY’s retail partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth for our next growth stage. This role will be crucial for our retail success through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and operations. In this role, you'll actively contribute to building a new drinks category together with our main retailers and play a crucial part in HOLY’s way to become the world’s most loved soft drink brand.

Requirements

  • Experienced in managing retail relationships and negotiating at national level, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Fluent both in English and German and are capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, taking ownership of your role and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results.
  • Strategic, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable retail strategies.
  • Collaborative, excelling in teamwork and aligning with multiple departments to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership: take end-to-end responsibility for assigned national customers and drive key KPIs to secure HOLY’s future success
  • Manage and expand HOLY’s retail presence by intensifying existing partnerships.
  • Support cross-functional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives.
  • Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and long-term satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing omni-channel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and developing innovative activation strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement in retail environments.
