- Ability to effectively use AI tools in the software development lifecycle, including AI-assisted code generation and optimization, automated documentation generation, unit test generation and coverage improvement, root cause analysis and debugging support, productivity acceleration while ensuring code correctness and security.
- Prompt engineering skills for software development use cases.
- Critical evaluation and validation of AI-generated code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and modern web applications using Angular.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding and debugging, generate unit and integration test cases, improve documentation and code quality, and assist in refactoring and modernization initiatives.
- Implement secure, scalable, and resilient application architectures.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and DevOps processes.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
