Strata-G is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Manager with the following: Summary: Strategic Leadership & Planning Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for the global IT organization. Anticipate industry trends and competitive pressures to create technology-driven revenue opportunities. Identify and implement strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery across the enterprise. Develop long-range plans and goals aligned with global business unit objectives. Executive Liaison & Advocacy Act as the primary link between IT and executive leadership. Educate senior stakeholders on the business value and ROI of technology investments. Provide high-level consultation to project teams and end-users regarding operating systems and infrastructure. Communicate the business impact of emerging technologies to stakeholders and potential users. Operations & Governance Manage global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) operations. Establish, approve, and enforce organization-wide IT policies, standards, and procedures. Own the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate IT architecture and applications portfolio. Direct the review, acceptance, and execution of IT programs and support functions. Financial & People Management Maintain full P&L and budgetary accountability for the entire IT organization. Provide executive-level leadership and oversight for all personnel activities within the department. Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated technical staff through proactive development. Deliver regular status reports on major programs and support activities to senior management.
