Strata-G is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Manager to provide strategic leadership, act as an executive liaison, manage global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) operations, and oversee financial and people management for the IT organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 15+ years of IT experience.
  • Extensive and proven experience in Information Technology management.

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for the global IT organization.
  • Anticipate industry trends and competitive pressures to create technology-driven revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and implement strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery across the enterprise.
  • Develop long-range plans and goals aligned with global business unit objectives.
  • Act as the primary link between IT and executive leadership.
  • Educate senior stakeholders on the business value and ROI of technology investments.
  • Provide high-level consultation to project teams and end-users regarding operating systems and infrastructure.
  • Communicate the business impact of emerging technologies to stakeholders and potential users.
  • Manage global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) operations.
  • Establish, approve, and enforce organization-wide IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate IT architecture and applications portfolio.
  • Direct the review, acceptance, and execution of IT programs and support functions.
  • Maintain full P&L and budgetary accountability for the entire IT organization.
  • Provide executive-level leadership and oversight for all personnel activities within the department.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated technical staff through proactive development.
  • Deliver regular status reports on major programs and support activities to senior management.
