About The Position

As a Sr IT Systems Manager – SAP Order to Cash at Honeywell Aerospace, you will leverage your extensive expertise within the Order to Cash (OTC) technology solution strategy and design. As a leader, you will play an important role in shaping OTC technology solution architecture and digital transformation roadmap for SAP ECC, S/4 and adjacent technologies. Whether you are defining the strategic direction, optimizing operational efficiency, or mentoring a team, this position offers a unique opportunity to impact the future of our technology landscape profoundly. You will report directly to the IT Director and work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact on our organization's ability to adapt, scale, and thrive in an ever-evolving technological landscape. You will build and foster close relationships with cross-functional business and IT teams to develop, implement, and maintain IT solutions that ensure alignment with the business, security and compliance objectives. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise within the Order to Cash (OTC) technology solution strategy and design.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4.
• Ability to define strategic direction and optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions.
• Understanding of business, security, and compliance objectives.
