It also serves as a liaison between the team and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. A significant aspect of the role involves driving process improvement, automation, and capacity creation to address manual, slow, or unscalable processes. The company is AI-native, and the ideal candidate should be curious about AI and willing to experiment with AI tools to find smarter ways of working.
