About The Position

As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will drive the success of LNG manufacturing projects by overseeing their full life cycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate project delivery, identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities, and develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. The role requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

You will contribute to site safety and performance culture, help teams meet challenging schedules and budgets, and support sustained organizational success. The position is within Honeywell’s Process Technology business, which delivers technology-driven solutions for energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance in process-intensive industries. Candidates must meet the stated U.S. Person requirement due to export control laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication project management, or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management, including close collaboration with safety, procurement, quality, planning, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or individual with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex manufacturing or fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to site safety performance by auditing on-site contractors according to company guidelines.
• Align projects with organizational strategy and broader business goals.
• Coordinate and lead project kick-offs to align stakeholders on objectives.
• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Assess earned value weekly and report actual and forecasted project costs monthly.
• Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies across plant and business functions, and monitor recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze project KPIs, report progress, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
