Senior ISC Project Management Specialist
About The Position
As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist at Honeywell Aerospace, you will manage and deliver complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role supports operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the supply chain organization. You will help ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and align project goals with business objectives to optimize processes and increase cost savings. Candidates must meet U.S. person requirements due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations. A U.S. person is defined in the posting as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or someone with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) management or factory experience.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A proven record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools to track progress and manage resources.
- Must be a U.S. person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role supporting Boeing.
- Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and integrated supply chain systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to drive project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
