This role is responsible for owning and maintaining inventory health reporting, analyzing inventory trends, identifying root causes of excess, shortage, and imbalances, and developing strategies for inventory segmentation. The analyst will also conduct floor validations, track inventory movement trends, audit item master data, and identify discrepancies between ERP data and physical inventory. This position requires strong collaboration with Planning, Distribution, and Production teams to improve transactional accuracy and material control, as well as assisting with physical inventory preparation and reconciliation. The role involves maintaining excess and obsolete inventory tracking, monitoring mitigation progress, and identifying opportunities to reduce working capital and improve inventory efficiency. Additionally, the analyst will support financial exposure reporting, validate material availability and staging accuracy, and provide reliable inventory data to Planning and Finance. The role also includes developing and implementing improvements around policy, data accuracy, cycle count, and material flow, as well as creating dashboards and analytics to enhance inventory visibility and decision-making. Support for the development of standard work and inventory control procedures is also a key responsibility.
