About The Position

For Instrumentation services in the Utilities and Engineering area. This role involves performing advanced calibrations, maintaining equipment, developing training programs, and troubleshooting hardware and software for process control systems within a GMP-regulated industry.

Requirements

Associate Degree with four (4) years of exposure in a GMP-regulated industry.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Project Management Skills
Calibration of Temperature, Pressure, level, and analytical instrumentation
Sanitary diaphragm and gasket replacement skills
Review and maintenance of Autoclave/Glasswasher.
LOTO and Maximo CMMS Documentations
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform advanced calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
Maintain an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems.
Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
Evaluate the current calibration cycles and make appropriate changes to optimize the calibration program.
Develop and maintain a detailed training program for the team in order to develop team's knowledge in all areas of the plant.
Develop, revise, and review SOPs for related areas.
Design, install, configure, and start-up multiple instruments and microprocessor based controllers used for process control.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems for computer based process control systems.
Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
Maintain, interpret, and update loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I/O wiring, and panel drawings.
Complete PLC, DCS, BMS, and MMI programming and advanced troubleshooting.
Start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all instrumentation design specifications.
Assist with the development and lead in the execution of validation documents for instrumentation equipment.
