About The Position

CAA is seeking a Senior Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Engineer to build, automate, and operate the CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure that power its global platforms. This hands-on engineering role focuses on implementing and enforcing Architecture-established standards by translating them into reliable, repeatable automation. The engineer will participate in design discussions, while primarily leading the build, delivery, and ongoing improvement of pipeline automation, Terraform modules, deployment workflows, and environment provisioning. The role centers on Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, and Azure DevOps. It is responsible for developing scalable pipelines, improving release automation, and ensuring infrastructure deployments are consistent, secure, and supportable across environments. The engineer will work with cloud platforms, networking, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices, partnering with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams to turn infrastructure patterns into production-ready code. The position emphasizes an automation-first approach, including daily health checks, validation routines, regression and resiliency testing, and self-healing workflows designed to identify and address issues before they affect the business. It is a hybrid role based in CAA’s Nashville office. The annual base salary range is $177,000–$196,000, and the position is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
