About The Position

CAA is seeking a Senior Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Engineer to build, automate, and operate the CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure supporting its global platforms. This hands-on engineering role translates and enforces standards established by Architecture through reliable, repeatable automation. The engineer will primarily lead the implementation and continuous improvement of pipeline automation, Terraform modules, deployment workflows, and environment provisioning, while participating in design discussions. The role focuses on Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, and Azure DevOps. The engineer will develop scalable pipelines, improve release automation, and help ensure infrastructure deployments are consistent, secure, and supportable across environments. Working with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams, the engineer will turn infrastructure patterns into production-ready code. The position emphasizes an automation-first approach, including daily health checks, validation routines, regression and resiliency testing, and self-healing workflows to identify and address issues before they affect the business. This is a hybrid role based in CAA’s Nashville office. The annual base salary range is $177,000–$196,000, and the position is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
