About The Position

We are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s processing/cultivation facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. Oversee staffing for various locations across the enterprise. The Sr HVAC Maintenance manager will be well versed in HVAC/mech applications. They will be well-versed in WO system and health and safety regulations. The Sr Manager will have the task managing the HVAC manager of maintaining PM’s and service of facilities. They will be responsible for maintaining warranty programs with equipment vendors and parts staff. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc. The goal is to ensure that Trulieve facilities are operational for and adequate to support the company’s business operations and rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as maintenance manager or other related managerial role
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems etc.
  • Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity
  • High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Possession of a current EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification.
  • Has completed formal HVAC training either through an academic program or apprenticeship.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Develop maintenance procedures (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and SWI’s) and ensure implementation
  • Manage the HVAC manager and have a dotted line to all HVAC teams at facilities outside FL
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (technicians/vendors etc.)
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
