As an Sr. Human Resources Manager you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership—connecting business strategy to people outcomes to drive performance, growth, and organizational health. You will partner closely with leaders to translate business priorities into workforce strategies, ensuring teams have the talent, leadership, structure, and culture needed to deliver results. In this role, you are accountable for enabling business outcomes through people. You will leverage data and insights to guide talent and organizational decisions, strengthen leadership effectiveness and team culture, and design organizations that operate with clarity and accountability. You will also play a critical role in leading and supporting change—advising leaders, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring adoption of initiatives that move the business forward. You will help shape the future of work by partnering with leaders to redesign roles and workflows, integrating human and technology-enabled capabilities to improve performance. This includes building digital and AI fluency across leaders and teams, and driving adoption of new tools and ways of working to ensure sustained impact.
