The Senior Director, HRIS is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, optimization, and ongoing support of the companys Human Resources Information Systems with Workday serving as the primary HCM platform. This role leads the HR technology strategy, drives system enhancements, ensures data integrity and compliance, and partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant HR systems solutions.
