This role is responsible for the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management module. It ensures the day-to-day operational effectiveness of Oracle Talent processes including Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review, and Development. Responsibilities include managing talent profile data, supporting end-users, building and analyzing HRIS metrics, and enhancing performance management processes. The analyst will perform functional setup, maintenance, and changes to Oracle HCM Talent modules, manage Talent Profile content, perform ad-hoc reporting and build analytical reports/OTBI dashboards for Talent metrics. Additionally, the role provides functional support to HR staff, configures and supports continuous performance management, manages system upgrades and enhancements, and applies a continuous improvement approach to talent workflows. The analyst will also assist with other HRIS projects as assigned and perform other duties as requested.
