We are recruiting for a Sr. HRIS Analyst who will be based at our Amesbury, MA location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Partner with an external Project Manager to support the end‑to‑end implementation of UKG Time & Attendance over an 18‑month period Act as the primary HRIS subject matter expert for time tracking and absence requirements, translating business needs into system configuration Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Support change management activities, including documentation, training materials, and end‑user support readiness Serve as the primary system owner for UKG Time & Attendance post go‑live, including configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution Manage ongoing system audits, new feature deployments, testing cycles, and system upgrades to ensure data integrity and system performance is optimum Administer and maintain U.S. absence and leave plans in Workday, including configuration changes and compliance updates Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure alignment with HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot complex time, absence, and leave issues, providing root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutions
