About The Position

As a Sr Talent Engagement Specialist at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support the growth and success of our business. You will develop and manage engagement strategies and initiatives that align with Honeywell’s values and business objectives. You will report directly to our Talent Engagement Leader and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent engagement strategies to retain and engage internal talent.
  • Track and manage talent engagement calendar to support governance and internal ‘go-to-market’ activities.
  • Lead annual Voice of the Employee (VOE) survey, in partnership with Labor and Employee Relations, driving project management with a focus on communications and post survey action planning.
  • Support social and community impact initiatives and programs to engage employees in volunteerism and community partnership efforts.
  • Support Inclusion and Engagement programs and initiatives to drive participation in Employee Networks and inclusion priorities.
  • Track and measure programs and activities to determine impact and strategies for future investment.
  • Oversee budget management to ensure compliance
  • Leverage data and metrics to assess gaps and opportunities within engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
