About The Position

The ISC Project Management Specialist II position mainly focuses on ISC business processes in one or more of the areas listed above along with material master coordination knowledge/skills. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in these disciplines to allow transition into other FPA support roles including Manufacturing, RO, Logistics, Planning, Procurement and Quality. Key member of the SAP Solutions team, FPAs have responsibility for supporting SAP sustainment and improvement initiatives, plus providing site level break fix support in addition to Material Master regional support. This is accomplished through self-directed teams that become key touch points for business functional teams on process and system improvements. This position also ensures the utilization of Aero standard processes, provides user guidance and training, and supports change request process through active engagement of design and testing of new solutions. The FPA has broad SBU exposure to resolve daily issues impacting shipment and movement of product, support business design changes, and deliver training support as required. The FPA position are 1st line resources for problem resolution supporting ISC needs. A successful candidate would be required to possess the ability of pulling SAP data and completing analysis in support of triage level site events. You will report directly to the Director of ISC Process Excellence and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Key support position driving the successful development, deployment, and improvement of SAP Business Processes and system enhancements.
  • This position heavily matrices to the Functional Process Leaders, ISC Leadership, IT Projects, Product Centers, and Materials Management teams.
  • Role is accountable for rapidly driving toolset maturity, deployment, and utilization.
  • Actively participates on SAP Support Communities and has voting privileges to approve/reject change requests and establish Aerospace priorities for acting on all approved change requests.
  • Candidate must be able to articulate gaps to business requirements and plans for closure of these gaps while maintaining the vision of One Aerospace - One System.
  • The FPA drives closure through effective leadership - not just reporting status.
  • Analyze and document business process requirements, complete gap analysis, and assist in the development of Business Process Blueprint design & data mapping.
  • Support the development of system solutions to complex issues, test adequacy of solutions; lead change management activities to drive introduction of changes; and monitor to ensure results achieve objectives.
  • Support development and delivery of workshops and presentations to obtain buy-in from Product Center, SBU and Corporate process owners and users to validate process blueprints, organizational redesign, and the change management activities required for implementation of SAP initiatives.
  • Engagement with IT Deployment Teams to support active deployments as required.
  • In a self-directed work environment, the FPA will establish small work request project plans, identify and secure resources, and report progress on LRP initiatives.
  • As a FPA, the positions regularly provide knowledge transfer to functional and IT personnel to grow overall Aerospace subject matter depth.
