As the Senior HR Business Partner for Montreal, you will act as the strategic link between management and employees. Supporting multiple Business Areas within Straumann Group, you will navigate differing priorities while ensuring strong people outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring a senior, hands-on HR leader who is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally. You will partner closely with leaders, influence decision-making, and drive HR initiatives in collaboration with Global HR Centers of Excellence and shared services. Your objective is to align and execute business strategy across functions, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and a catalyst for organizational effectiveness and change, while remaining closely connected to day-to-day execution.
