We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and hands-on support to Nuro’s technical organizations, including critical hardware and software engineering teams. This role will help drive important business and people outcomes by partnering closely with leaders and employees across highly specialized functions. As a key member of the HR team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching, organizational insight, and practical people solutions that improve team effectiveness and organizational health. You will also play a critical role in navigating change, managing complex employee relations matters, and ensuring strong, consistent documentation and execution across key people processes. This role requires a combination of strategic partnership, program management, change leadership, and deep employee relations expertise. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting technical teams in fast-paced environments, is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and can help leaders scale effectively while maintaining a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable culture.
