The Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Hotline Program Coordinator to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline, a statewide program dedicated to helping Oklahomans live healthier, tobacco-free lives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 48 months of related experience
- Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily program operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and program effectiveness
- Conduct program evaluations and develop long-range strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure outcomes and prepare reports for leadership, stakeholders, and funding agencies
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, grant requirements, and contractual obligations
- Plan, coordinate, and support program events, meetings, and outreach activities
- Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets and financial resources
- Negotiate, administer, and monitor grants, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Lead project management efforts, establishing timelines, milestones, and performance measures
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance program performance
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance public health initiatives and achieve program goals
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the program and organization
