About The Position

Felix is Canada’s first end-to-end platform providing on-demand treatment for everyday health. Felix provides online treatment, prescription delivery and ongoing care across a growing range of categories such as mental health, sexual health and daily health. In just 5 years we have expanded to treat over 17 common healthcare categories, enhanced our diagnosis solutions with integrated lab testing and expanded our pharmacy network to ship to almost every province in Canada. Over this time, Felix has delivered 24 quarters of consecutive growth in both revenue and profit, making it one of Canada’s fastest growing tech companies. But more importantly, over 1 million Canadians trust Felix Health for their everyday healthcare needs. We see a tremendous opportunity to further accelerate growth - and more importantly - we have big ambitions to build a truly iconic Canadian brand. We’re looking for the right, creative-minded growth marketer to help us achieve this goal. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be both a hands-on operator and a real thinking partner. You will be in the ad platforms daily, launching campaigns, briefing creative, and testing landing pages, and you will have a genuine say in where we place our next bets. This is a high-ownership role, and we mean that. You will own one or more product categories end to end, from daily execution through to the weekly readout, working shoulder to shoulder with the Director as you take on more of the strategy over time. We are hiring for potential as much as for past achievements. If you execute at a high level and you are genuinely curious about why performance moves, we will coach you into the planning and forecasting side of the role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth or performance marketing.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing meaningful budgets in Meta Ads, Google Ad, YouTube, Mobile App Advertising and/or Direct Mail .
  • Experience briefing and iterating on performance creative across static, video, and UGC.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology and CRO fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets plus a BI or product analytics tool (Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
  • A solid grasp of how measurement works: UTM discipline, conversion tracking, server-side events, and attribution basics. You do not need to have built the plumbing, but you should understand it.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL or data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to affiliate, partner, or influencer-driven acquisition.
  • Experience running geo-based or holdout incrementality tests.
  • Experience contributing to a quarterly channel or budget plan.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of acquisition performance for your category.
  • Hands-on data analysis is core to this role. Dig into the numbers to learn how your category really behaves on CAC, LTV to CAC, contribution margin, and payback, and care about growing efficiently.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels. Budget pacing, bid strategy, audience structure, and the daily judgment calls that hold performance on target are yours.
  • Look past the dashboard. When a metric moves, chase down the mechanism behind it and help the team understand what it means for the next decision.
  • Keep a forward-looking queue of creative, audience, and landing page tests. Write the hypothesis first, measure it honestly, and write down what you learned so the whole team compounds on it.
  • Partner with our creative strategists to turn customer insight and performance data into briefs, then see it through with internal creative and external partners until the assets are live and learning.
  • Find the friction in our user journey, propose landing page and onboarding flow tests, and work alongside product and engineering to ship them.
  • Start by leading the tests and the readouts. With coaching from the Director, build toward owning the quarterly plan for your category, sizing the budget case with data, and making the argument for it yourself.

Benefits

  • Full medical, dental and vision benefits
  • Maternity/paternity policy
  • 4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)
  • Competitive compensation
  • Stock option grant
