About The Position

Do you want a meaningful career advocating for children through your work in graphic design? 4KIDS is looking for a talented, mission-minded Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling digital and print materials that help tell the story of 4KIDS and the children, young adults, and families we serve.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Approximately 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design, creative, production, marketing communications, or creative operations.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, deadlines, approvals, and production needs.
Portfolio demonstrating strong design, brand consistency, storytelling, and digital and print communications experience.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrators, and Acrobat.
Experience with Canva and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with project-management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of print production, digital design, social media, email, web content, photography, and basic marketing analytics.
Excellent proofreading, writing, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented ministry environment.
Self-directed, collaborative, adaptable, and able to receive and incorporate feedback with humility.
Must support and demonstrate alignment with 4KIDS' Christian mission, Statement of Faith, and ministry values.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Responsibilities

Create compelling, on-brand digital and print materials for social media, websites, email, events, fundraising, recruitment, presentations, and promotional needs.
Manage creative projects from concept through final delivery, including timelines, revisions, approvals, and production.
Collaborate with departments across 4KIDS to understand needs and develop effective, mission-aligned communications.
Coordinate with freelance designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and other vendors as needed.
Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy, brand consistency, quality, and appropriate permission before release.
Provide creative direction for photography, video, events, and other visual projects.
