About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer focused on AI-assisted development. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical-thinking skills, a forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. They will use AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines, while applying a strong technical foundation to generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code. The role requires at least 8 years of experience.

The candidate must be local to Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements. W2 only; direct or one-layer visa arrangements are accepted. C2C and third-party submissions are not accepted.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization.
• Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks.
• Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security.
• Core Java.
• Java EE.
• RESTful microservices.
• Jersey.
• SQL and PL/SQL.
• Oracle Database.
• Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• HTML and CSS.
• Deep understanding of the JVM and performance profiling.
• Must be local to Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements.
