About The Position

Attain Finance is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to administer OneStream day to day, primarily supporting FP&A and Accounts Payable. The role maintains OneStream Planning forms, business rules, and data management jobs; keeps reports and dashboards accurate and current; and ensures data integrations are timely and accurate while troubleshooting issues. The successful candidate will bring hands-on OneStream administration experience and strong SQL skills.

The Financial Systems team also administers Microsoft Dynamics SL, which is transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, JAMS, and integrations with other source systems. The analyst will cross-train on these applications and may take on additional administrative duties as workload permits. The role builds working relationships with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and other supported operational groups, and collaborates with IT resources. It supports month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Alongside daily administration, the analyst develops an understanding of the business, identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, and implements enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 5 years of hands-on OneStream administration experience.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and of Accounts Payable processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• SQL skills for querying, validating, and troubleshooting financial data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-intensive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate information to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach.

Nice To Haves

• OneStream experience including Planning, reports and dashboards, and data integrations.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• General ledger experience with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• API integration experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work, such as SQL development, documentation, or data analysis, with the judgment to validate AI-generated output for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary systems support resource for FP&A planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Serve as the primary systems support resource for the Accounts Payable team and its processes.
• Administer OneStream Planning, including maintaining forms, business rules, and data management jobs.
• Maintain OneStream reports and dashboards by building content, enhancing existing content, and using SQL for reporting and data validation.
• Resolve data integration and load issues within the tools.
• Support the monthly close process.
• Recommend best practices, evaluate requirements, develop designs, and implement application changes.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training as needed.
• Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing for fixes, enhancements, projects, and upgrades.
• Manage application security.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT groups.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
