As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key architect of our commercial success. Your analytical expertise will help us optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies for our award-winning fleet. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, financial planning, or business analytics—hospitality, cruise, or travel industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI/ Power Pivot) for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and influencing high-level decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze booking curves, demand patterns, and market dynamics to develop optimal pricing and inventory allocation strategies for Oceania’s itineraries.
  • Build and maintain detailed revenue forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, including weekly updates on forecast variances, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports to monitor revenue trends, pricing effectiveness, and booking behavior.
  • Develop and refine analytical models to measure the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and market shifts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to anticipate market movements and adjust strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with corporate financial goals.
