About The Position

The Sr Financial Analyst, Field supports financial planning and analysis for warehouse operations. The role assists with forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes; analyzes financial and non-financial data; prepares management reports and presentations; and contributes to integration efforts for newly acquired locations. The position requires up to 12% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of financial analyst experience.
• Proven experience preparing financial documents, reports, and presentations for executive audiences.
• Track record of contributing to team projects that result in process improvements.
• Ability to independently identify and resolve issues in dynamic environments while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial and business intelligence systems such as Oracle, SAP, SAP-BPC, HYPERION, ESSBASE, Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), SAP Analytics Cloud, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forecasting and annual operating budget preparation for regional facilities, including compiling data and preparing presentations.
• Support month-end close by providing variance explanations and analyzing financial results and key metrics for regional sites.
• Support the integration of newly acquired locations, including training and development for site management on company processes.
• Develop an understanding of assigned warehouse locations to identify opportunities in forecasting, yield management, and return on investment.
• Review and collaborate with IT teams to ensure reporting data accuracy and address anomalies.
• Consolidate business commentary and results into key themes and prepare management reports summarizing operational results.
• Partner with Corporate Finance and other functional departments on value-add projects, strategic initiatives, and business cases.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
