About The Position

The Sr. Finance Manager, Commercial & Customer owns forecasting, planning, and monthly close processes for C&S Finance. The role partners with Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial statements and appropriate management of risks. It oversees Deals and other route-to-market (RTM) financial activities and develops and automates financial reporting and analysis. The manager also advances financial insights and technology by leading the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, improving integration across data sources, and using automation to increase speed, accuracy, and quality of insights. The role educates Customer teams to improve their understanding and appreciation of financial data and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 9 or more years of related experience and 5 or more years of leadership experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 12 or more years of specific experience and 7 or more years of leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Responsibilities

Own the C&S Finance forecasting and planning process, including annual budgets, regular forecasts, and long-range outlooks.
Own the C&S Finance monthly close process and partner with Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure accurate statements and appropriate management of risks.
Oversee Deals and other RTM financial activities.
Design, create, and automate financial reporting and analysis.
Lead the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, improve data integration across sources, and leverage automation to increase speed, accuracy, and insight quality.
Educate Customer teams to improve their understanding and appreciation of financial data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
