About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-wide capital planning within the Corporate FP&A team. This role is responsible for driving the prioritization, approval, and financial management of capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and realization of expected financial returns. The role will oversee the full capital lifecycle, including business case development, investment prioritization and approval through the Capital Investment Committee (CIC), depreciation forecasting, and post-investment performance analysis. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in capital planning, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex business initiatives into clear, actionable investment cases, while partnering effectively across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Capital management experience highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to develop robust business cases and support capital investment decisions.
• Proven experience preparing and presenting financial insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial systems proficiency (Oracle, PowerBI preferred) supporting planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Advanced excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Capital Approval Process: Lead partners through the full business case process, ensuring rigorous financial and business analysis, clear articulation of benefits, and alignment with strategic priorities
• Review and challenge pro-form business cases for completeness, investment assumptions, financial accuracy, and alignment with capital allocation criteria
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for the Capital Investment Committee (CIC), supporting decision-making and prioritization discussions
• Maintain governance over capital approval records, documentation, investment tracking, and system entries in Oracle or other capital tracking systems
• Coordinate project setup documentation in Oracle and ensure accurate submission to accounting
• Capital Forecasting & Reporting: Drive post-investment performance tracking to assess realized returns verses plan and inform future capital allocation decisions
• Track actual capital spend variances versus forecasts, partner with business teams to validate forecast updates and drivers
• Maintain key project details such as capital type, depreciation timing, ownership, and financial metrics (Revenue, OI, NPV, IRR%)
• Collaborate with Power BI and analytics team to ensure data consistency between dashboard, forecasts, and source systems
• Manage depreciation forecasting including capital schedules, timing, and financial impacts
