Responsibilities

• Calibration, inspection, identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis, and reproduction of complex technical issues encountered by our field team.
• Contribute to accuracy, speed of feedback, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Support knowledge sharing culture, methodologies, and tools.
• Participate in the development of training programs for our field organization.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and recording of all activities and communications.
