About The Position

Amazon Accounting is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, customer-focused Executive Assistant to support the VP of AWS & Digital. This high impact role requires exceptional planning and communication skills. In addition to being an important partner to the AWS & Digital leadership team, this role serves as lead to a small team of EAs and coordinates frequently with EAs across Finance. Clear written and verbal communication is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles. As the lead EA of this team, this role partners with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment. Experience hiring and developing EAs is required.
