Sr. Events & Field Marketing Manager

Push Security,
$170,000 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

Push Security is the secure enterprise browser extension built for the AI era. Founded by red team and blue team experts, Push combines high-fidelity browser telemetry, real-time control, and autonomous agents to stop advanced attacks, secure AI usage, harden identities, and prevent data loss — all from your users’ existing browsers, no migration required. This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll be the person who owns strategy, execution, budget, and results end to end. We're looking for someone who walks onto a show floor asking "what can we do here that nobody else is doing to get better results.” Candidates based in Eastern and Central US Timezones will be prioritized for this role. The position will own US & UK event/field marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field/event marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in a startup environment where you had to operate with limited resources and support.
  • Security industry experience: understanding of the buyer, competitive landscape, and what resonates with the audience.
  • Experience with trying new approaches, taking risks, and discussing the outcomes.
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude (or similar) to increase output without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to solve problems calmly and quickly when unexpected issues arise on-site.
  • Willingness to build a unique approach rather than follow a standard playbook.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive and sales leadership with clear opinions backed by data and reasoning.
  • 30-40% travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle event strategy and execution for Push's field marketing calendar.
  • Ownership of all ABM campaigns and partner co-marketing opportunities.
  • Create a genuinely differentiated presence at every event we attend, building experiences designed to meet goals but also to be remembered.
  • Hands-on execution across the full stack of event work, including on-site problem-solving and partnering internally with design, operations, sales and product marketing.
  • Ensure every event ties back to a clear goal (ARR, deal velocity, brand reputation) and be able to articulate how the program directly drove revenue outcomes.
  • Manage the field marketing budget creatively and resourcefully.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales leadership and reps across the US & UK.
  • Provide clear, honest measurement of what worked, what didn't, and what would be changed next time, shared with marketing and sales leadership.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Fully remote work
  • Uncapped PTO
  • Reimbursement for internet service
  • Annual allowance for local city meetups (travel, meals, co-working)
  • Annual company offsite (all-expenses-paid trip)
