About The Position

This is a new, permanent Field Marketing & Events Manager position responsible for owning and executing the organization’s trade show, event, and field marketing strategy across New England. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, corporate/B2B events, customer programs, lunch-and-learns, and association events. This person will own the event calendar and manage the details from planning through execution, while partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, branch leadership, and Marketing. This is a highly organized, relationship-focused position for someone who enjoys coordinating events, working with vendors and internal teams, engaging with customers and industry partners, and representing the organization professionally throughout the region.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in field marketing, event marketing, trade shows, corporate events, marketing coordination, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows and corporate/B2B events.
  • Experience managing event logistics from planning through on-site execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, venues, catering, invitations, promotional materials, and event displays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and branch teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage event-related tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout New England.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on event professional who has actually planned and executed trade shows and corporate/B2B events.
  • This could be a strong opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator ready to step into a larger ownership role, provided they have meaningful hands-on event and trade show experience.
  • We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable owning the details—including the event calendar, vendors, invitations, catering, displays, collateral, branding, inventory, logistics, and coordination with Sales.
  • Candidates whose experience is exclusively focused on digital marketing, social media, or general marketing support without significant event execution experience would not be the ideal fit.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the company’s annual event and trade show calendar.
  • Research and identify new industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate recurring annual trade shows and association events.
  • Manage event logistics, including registrations, venues, booth arrangements, shipping, travel, food, promotional materials, and vendor coordination.

  • Ensure consistent branding and professional representation at all events.
  • Track event participation, engagement, and opportunities generated.
  • Plan and execute customer appreciation events, open houses, networking events, facility tours, and other company-hosted programs.
  • Coordinate venues, catering, invitations, registration, presentations, vendors, and event logistics.
  • Organize and support lunch-and-learns and educational events.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and Sales teams to ensure events provide value to customers and prospects.
  • Manage the event process from initial planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate participation in industry associations, conferences, and networking programs.
  • Support events and programs involving Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and other industry stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to increase visibility and strengthen relationships within the communities and industries served.

  • Coordinate branch-level events, customer programs, open houses, sponsorships, and networking activities.
  • Support local teams with event branding, logos, signage, promotional materials, and collateral.
  • Maintain consistent branding across regional events and branch activities.
  • Travel to different offices and events as needed to provide on-site support.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to support customer engagement and business growth.
  • Provide sales representatives with event branding, collateral, logos, promotional items, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate customer-facing activities and strategic account events.
  • Support post-event lead handoff and follow-up with Sales to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure event-generated leads and contacts are properly transitioned to the appropriate sales team.
  • Maintain inventory of trade show displays, signage, promotional materials, branded merchandise, and event supplies.
  • Coordinate the creation and production of print and digital marketing materials as needed.
  • Ensure event materials are current, accurate, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Coordinate shipping, storage, and transportation of event materials.
