Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, applications and interfaces.
  • Proficiency in skills required to facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or replacements.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex system integration problems.
  • Ability to create pre- and post-project benchmarking metrics.
  • Advanced understanding of CT Children’s business functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in creating detailed documentation (system design, procedures, process and data flows, RFPs, project plans, recommendations for system enhancements and replacements).
  • Effective communication with clients, colleagues, developers, and organizational administration.
  • Ability to provide estimates for moderate to complex work efforts.
  • Comprehensive analytical skills.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to educate and coach other team members.
  • Ability to manage client expectations.
  • Ability to manage tasks, resources, and project plans for team assignments.
