About The Position

The AWS Restaurants and Food Tech team is dedicated to serving the transformation needs of large Restaurants and QSRs across North America. Our team is passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation within the restaurant industry, creating long-term business relationships of value and trust. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation. You'll engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of your customers. In this role, you'll represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the large enterprise retail market segment. With AWS, our customers benefit from the fastest pace of innovation, the broadest and deepest functionality, the most secure computing environment, and the most proven operational expertise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
  • 7+ years of direct quota-carrying sales or business development experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives including Lines of Business

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building
  • 5+ years of Retail, Restaurants, CPG or Hospitality industry segment experience
