About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative with CPG and retail experience to join our growing team. This role involves outbound outreach to potential clients, educating them on our platform's value proposition, and setting up discovery calls and demos for the sales team. You will be responsible for identifying brands, retailers, and third-party merchandisers who can benefit from our technology, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate is high-energy, self-directed, and comfortable with volume prospecting.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years as a territory or route sales rep calling on grocery, convenience, or mass retail stores (beer, beverage, snack, dairy, or any CPG brand).
  • Experience managing a store list, building relationships with store managers, and fighting for shelf space.
  • High-energy, self-directed, and comfortable with volume – not waiting to be handed leads.
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and follow up relentlessly.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting (emails and cold calls).
  • Domain knowledge in CPG sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Understanding of planograms.
