About The Position

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Strategic Partner Sales Manager to support the Retail & CPG industry. This role involves collaborating deeply with strategic partners such as System Integrators, Distributors, and Value Added Resellers to deliver digital and business transformation value to customers. The primary focus will be on working with one dedicated strategic partner, acting as the single point of ownership from AWS to drive co-selling efforts. This includes mapping the partner's organization, owning relationships with key Sales stakeholders, and collaborating to build an AWS-aligned book of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute business development activities with the partner.
  • Develop a group of committed AWS champions across the partner's sales and operations teams.
  • Run regular cadences on creating and progressing pipeline.
  • Define and build the business case for funding/investments as required.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations.
  • Manage all co-sell related issues.
