About The Position

This senior-level role is designed for a strategic growth professional who thrives on managing and expanding high-value, enterprise-level accounts. You will inherit a portfolio of established strategic accounts in the CPG and Retail sectors, including a major global enterprise account, with the goal of driving these relationships toward an ideal value of $3M-$4M. This is a "farming" and partnership role where you will act as a business peer to client stakeholders, ensuring their digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives align with their overarching business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven expert in account farming and client relationship management with over 15 years of experience in delivery engagement or account management.
  • Strong background in IT services and consulting, specifically within the CPG and Retail domains.
  • Experienced in managing enterprise-level accounts starting at the $1M level and scaling to $4M+.
  • Skilled in executive presence and storytelling, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the CXO level.
  • Knowledgeable in digital transformation trends, including AI, GenAI, and cloud-native solutions, and able to frame them in a business context.
  • Technically grounded individual who likely started in delivery or engineering and successfully transitioned into a growth-focused role.
  • Spent the last decade focused on account management within the U.S. market.
  • Deep familiarity with current industry trends and a robust professional network.
  • Comfortable moving conversations beyond technology to address broader organizational challenges.
  • Background should reflect a successful evolution from hands-on project delivery to strategic account leadership, where you have consistently delivered multi-million dollar growth within the CPG or Retail verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand relationships within existing strategic client accounts to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level executives, leading strategic discussions that align technology investments with business outcomes.
  • Drive value creation conversations focused on productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Advocate for AI and digital solutions, using modern terminology to articulate how GenAI can transform customer business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery and solution teams to craft differentiated value propositions and proposals.
  • Maintain a weekly onsite presence at client locations to strengthen engagement and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage the financial health of assigned accounts, including P&L ownership and achieving annual growth targets of $3M-$4M.
