The Enterprise Engineering Team is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams like Sales Ops, Product, and Legal to build scalable solutions that enhance revenue efficiency and user experience. It is a hands-on engineering position focused on solving complex business problems using Apex, automation tools, and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering related discipline and 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
  • Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce CPQ: Configuring pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows.
  • CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management): Integrating legal review and contract processes with Salesforce workflows.
  • Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI tools: Experience building or extending AI assistant tools within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components, LWC components and design patterns.
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
  • Review and enforce best practices around security, governor limits, and test coverage.
  • Lead technical projects across sprint cycles, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.
