Sr Eng Test Technician
About The Position
Be part of the Engineering team by supporting the development of test applications. Test, troubleshoot and repair products. You will set-up, calibrate, test and troubleshoot components. You will determine specifications, methods and procedures from drawings and schematics under the direction of test engineers. You will use a variety of test equipment. Focus on the verification and validation to insure the product meets the specifications and intended design and performance requirements. Hands-on lab work to ensure products are qualified or certified for our customers. An opportunity to be engaged in full product lifecycle, from new product design through to its release. Requirements
- 2 year technical degree
Nice To Haves
- Some experience with [list SW environments or complilers]
- Experience with [product family] equipment or other [industry] products is a plus
- Experience with test and calibration of instruments
- Can operate independently or as a part of a small team
- Self starter and driven to meet commitments
- Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
- Proven ability to interface and effectively communicate with a multi-functional team
- Strong problem solving skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering
