Fedcap Inc., part of The Fedcap Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead its statewide Maine workforce services contract. This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall performance, operational excellence, and long-term success of a large, high-profile government-funded contract serving individuals and families across Maine. The Senior Director will provide leadership and oversight for a statewide operation spanning 16 locations and approximately 150 employees. Reporting to the President of Fedcap Inc. and working closely with The Fedcap Group's New England Regional Senior Vice President, this leader will be accountable for contract performance, financial stewardship, compliance, operational execution, stakeholder engagement, staff leadership, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic leadership and operational discipline, with the ability to build strong relationships with government partners, employers, community organizations, and staff while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and service excellence. This highly visible leader will be responsible for maintaining strong funder confidence, driving operational excellence, advancing participant outcomes, supporting service innovation, and positioning the contract for long-term sustainability, renewal, and growth. The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
